I've finally designed my OC's home! 
yaaaay~
In the first arc they'll be living in a modified cave, located in a forest near an industrial city.
This "house" used to be a river, but due to a nearby dam the river shrunk into a small stream, revealing a sheltering cave; formed naturally by nature, and modified by the occupants.
It stays cool because its sheltered by trees and foliage, and the stream just never run out of water.
Pretty minimalist, it consists of only the necessary rooms such as bedroom, a storage, and a living room mostly used for planning...
The rest of their needs, such as cooking, bathing, and other business are done outdoors.
Not much information can be given at this time... Too much to explain, I'll leave it to some other time
